VIVO Y75 5G Key Specs and Design

Vivo Y75 5G will pack MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. This chip is still MediaTek’s most affordable SoC with 5G connectivity. It comes with two ARM Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2.2 GHz. And six energy-efficient ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 2.0 GHz. Interestingly, the phone will pack 8GB of RAM and will be support by Virtual RAM technology. The report also reveals some other features of this handset.

Along with the physical 8GB of RAM, the handset will come with 4GB of virtual RAM. It will take a chunk of 128 GB internal storage to work. Virtual RAM will bring some relief for physical RAM to keep some tasks active in the background.

In terms of optics, the Vivo Y75 5G is said to have a triple camera setup on the back. It will pack a primary camera with 50MP resolution. But, the exact purpose of the other two sensors is not known. We could see an ultrawide snapper with a macro/depth shooter. But, since this is a budget smartphone, the setup can only bring basic depth and macro sensors. Unlike other Vivo handsets in the low-end segment.

It has a modern punch-hole selfie snapper in the middle of the display.

The Vivo Y75 5G will draw its power from a 5,000 mAh battery that charges with 18W fast-charging. The leaked renders suggest that the device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. We can expect a USB Type-C port at the bottom. In terms of software, this handset will bring an Android 12 straight out of the box. With Funtouch OS 12 running on top of it. The handset should be release in India in the coming days, so we expect it to appear on the company’s website soon.
